Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. You may contact us by email or through our website’s contact form. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, packaging intact and in a re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Return of Faulty or Damaged Products

In the event that your item was delivered damaged, not working or parts missing, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and refer to the following guidelines to return the item:

  • If the product is defective or damaged please send video/photo’s to show the problem.
  • If parts are missing please identify using the user manual or assembly guide.
  • We will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us as well as the delivery of missing parts.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
